The Color Red
Red in summary is the color of extremes. It’s the color of passionate love, seduction, violence, danger, anger, and adventure.
Red is a very polarizing color it invokes both confidence and fear to those that use or experience it on a daily basis.
The color is most well known for being the color of love and sex.
Red is a very motivating color. It often motivates people to take action.
It also is known for helping the shy become more active. Red is considered to be a warm color.
In culture red show up quite often. For example most flags of every country has some red in it including our very own country.
In China red is the color of luck. Also in China red is associated with fire south, and summer.
In India red is considered a pure color which is why brides wear it for their wedding day. In Sweden the red is used for the upper class of society.
There are many more examples of red in everyday life and culture. I think that red gets so much “love” and use is because of how diverse it is.
Almost anything can use a little red in its life.
People gravitate toward blood, violence, but also love as well.
These are all characteristics of the color red.
